We only stayed one night in passing and although I didnt get to utilize the amenities like gym and pool, the room itself was nice, the beds were clean, the Dove products in the bathroom were nice, the TV was decent, the location was in a quaint area next to an easily accessible row of restaurants/food chains. We walked to the Panda Express for dinner. Happy with my stay!
Room was very clean. Lower level parking felt very safe. Staff were excellent as was the breakfast!
Not impressed with the price I had to pay for the few hours I stayed there my husband had to have surgery that next morning so we left before dawn so I paid almost $250 dollars for a room that the carpet was damp to walk on barefoot not enough washcloths and there was no complementary makeup remover wipes I always stay at Holiday Inn express where ever I go so I was excited to stay there knowing that all the ones I’ve stayed at before was really nice… good breakfast wonderful coffee and comfortable pillows and mattresses but this one didn’t have the coffee machine downstairs the Costa coffee beans that are ground and is fresh made automatically by the cup so I was very disappointed that this one didn’t have one when I asked the hostess at the desk she said no we don’t have one and never offered to make any for us … she wasn’t fruit all didn’t try to be friendly it was like she wasn’t fruit doing us a favor by being there to get the room so I wasn’t impressed at all I will probably find a different hotel Chain to stay in from now on.
Very nice hotel in a great area close to our sports park. Hotel manager was very accommodating with our team in getting our rooms moved from previous location after our tournament was switched for the second time! Clean lobby and rooms, breakfast at 6am! Thanks Berry Farms!
This is the best hotel that I have stayed at in quite some time. Friendly staff, modern rooms, free great breakfast every morning from - 9, facilities are always clean and they have a great counter in the lobby with a lot of great information about places to visit in Tennessee and reading material. Another plus is the underground parking! I stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed the layout of the room and the modern feel. Definitely will stay there again as I am regular traveler to Franklin for work.
The bed was well worn. Dent in the middle. Breakfast was good. Place was clean.
