Beautiful hotel, easy to locate. From the minute you drive up to the hotel you feel you made the right decision on selecting this hotel. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, room was amazing! Breakfast was outstanding, so many items to select from. Also recommend the steakhouse next door to the hotel.
I made our reservation for two rooms on June 7th and was quoted the cost. Later we saw that an extra $179 was added to our bill. I called the hotel immediately and was told that they could do nothing about it. When we checked in on the 7th, we were told that the whirlpool was unavailable because "some people poured something in the water a few days ago and we don't have the chemicals to fix it." This was disgusting and pretty ridiculous. In one of our rooms during the night a horrid sewer smell started coming from the bathroom. We closed the door, but it was still pretty noxious. During the night we learned that the toilet had problems; we had to lift off the tank top and reattach a hose each time. In the other room the toilet flush mechanism had to be rattled quite a bit to get it to refill. Also, in that bathroom the tub was disgustingly clogged. But. we thought at least there was breakfast. Not so much. We arrived at 8 am and there was a sign that said "sorry, out of orange juice" and a bare minimum of things to eat. No fresh fruit at all. No yogurt. This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had.
Very comfortable,breakfast was one of the best of the many hotels we have stayed at over the years.
