Asked for early check in due to health issues and they said they were working on the room at noon and we sat in the lobby for two hours still wasn’t ready 😡 Rooms smelled musty, blow dryer was faulty (almost caught on fire T wouldn’t work half the time. A very horrible stay and some of the staff was rude. We had a softball team staying there and we didn’t get through and back to the hotel until around 10pm and most of the team wasn’t checked in because they had a ball game at check in time. Your staff came from behind the desk abd rudely said if you all aren’t quite you will be sent to your room due to having old people staying there. Very uncalled for. Just an unpleasant stay abd wouldn’t never stay or recommend your place ever again.
