Room was clean beds comfortably relaxing. Staff was friendly.
Not a place I travel to often but I will always make it a point to stay at this location for the staff. Wonderful welcoming people I can honestly say have the customer's best interest at heart. Christian and Juanita specifically made our stay delightful.
Upon arriving to the hotel I was given the wrong room. The room I was given was already being occupied by another family. I was there for a pool party for my niece and nephew. The pool was freezing cold the kids spent maybe 45 minutes in it the whole time we were there. There were no towels. I asked for trash bags for my trash cans never received them.
Room was clean with a fridge, microwave and small coffee maker. Safe and secure room. Personnel was polite and very helpful.
