This wasn't my first stay at the location and there's a reason why I continue to go back. The location is great, especially for food and highway access, staff very friendly and room was clean.
My father in law was in hospice and later passed away. The hotel extended our stay and provided additional rooms for family that attended even though they were booked up. My thanks to them for caring.
Room was clean with many amenities/ micro,fridge, etc. Comfortable.

We have always stayed at this hotel when we come to Ohio. Excellent service from front desk and housekeeping. Excellent stay every time!
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and amazing breakfast options!
Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great. Nice clean rooms. The pool was being worked on our checkout day so my son was disappointed the water was too cool but overall I definitely recommend this hotel.
Clean hotel, breakfast was okay and check in was great.
Rooms are spacey with amenities. They only clean when you leave but plenty of towels and facecloths. No one to empty trash cans.
The noise in room 207 was of a child in distress and thumping noise. Front desk did not answer phone so had to go to ftont desh at midnight. Young manndid not want to do anything until he was told it needed police attention. This facility is not responsive to a safe environment for guests.

We had a wonderful two-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Great hotel breakfast including a wonderful yogurt station.
Very clean room, friendly staff. Easy checkin and check out process. No issues.
