Venessa helped me with a room change. She was awesome. Room and common areas were great. Breakfast staff kept everything stocked as needed. Hotel was clean and front desk and general staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back! No need to look anywhere else.

Found the hotel clean, cleaning crew genuinely caring BUT the evening person on duty needs to brush up okay m her hospitality skills. Lacked smiling, needed information, made me feel like I was bothering her.
