All the staff that we came in contact work were great, but Raeven was exceptional! She was friendly and efficient in checking us in and she was able to help us so my husband could take a business call during our stay. She was exactly the right kind of person to greet us that evening when we were tired and hungry. We were pleased with our room and our stay overall. Kudos to Raeven for making our stay even better!
