We booked this room on our way to California from roseburg Oregon. After a long day we got to the hotel where I had rented a queen deluxe room to which I was very to see the bed was a FULL not a queen. Online stated that a playpen or a crib would be provided upon request a when I asked the hotel worker laughed and said we don’t have one. The second night I called down to ask for another pillow as there was only one flat pillow in the room when I was told they don’t have any extra pillows. The bed had a huge indent in it and was extremely uncomfortable and small. People smoking right outside their rooms and leaving butts everywhere including the hand rails down the stairs. 10/10 WILL NOT RETURN OR SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! For 100.00 a night I was expecting something a little more worth my money!
