The staff was very personal and concerned with the pictures I provided. The TV was defective having three large white spots on the screen. The shower curtain was hanging missing many fasteners. Under the bed had not been cleaned for some time. I do have some pictures if you want want them. I have stayed there a few times over the last 25 years and remembered it was always clean. The shower had plenty pressure but since the curtain was missing fasteners we moped the floor with our towels.
The receptionist was polite and helpful and our stay was short and pleasant. Thank you.
