We had one night stay at Hotel Winneshiek. The staff was polite, helpful and hardworking. Our first floor room was quite large as was the bathroom. The decor was very plain but comfortable.
This hotel is in a great location right on Main Street. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had variety and the service from our arrival to departure was outstanding! Highly recommend this updated historical hotel!
The location is perfect for downtown activities. The hotel is clean and a pleasant step back in time.
Parking is behind the hotel, Day Spring Lane, with a parking permit provided upon check in.

Love the staff. Beds are so comfortable. The water from the shower head poured like a hose.In the room,we only had one chair at a round table.we were very disappointed that the bar was not open on Sunday.cant wait to come back to see the new furniture!
