Accidentally left phone charger behind. Housekeeping turned it in to front desk. Thank you for that. Saves me $27. Staff was cordial. Hotel and room was clean.

The front desk clerk, Richie, is very rude. She was complaining to another guest about me then found out that other guest was my family! I can get past that the hotel is aged but when you are in hospitality, you need to have a personality with your guests. And when you are a pet friendly hotels (the ONLY reason I stayed) you have accept all that comes with pets being there. Next time I will spend more money to stay at a place where I feel welcomed.
Bed was terrific. Shower pressure outstanding.
Bed was squeaky and bad. No safety features in the bathtub lawsuit waiting to happen. Towels were like loofah pads. One packet of coffee for two guests. No hairdryer; really poor lighting to do hair and makeup. Will not stay at another Microtel.
