The bed was too high. I am 5’3” and had a hard time getting into the king size bed. I was not able to change rooms because I booked through a 3rd party. Third party booking site was not able to help or modify reservation despite me having purchased insurance.Staff at hotel were not helpful.Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
The king size bed was very comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast. I would recommend.
