I called the hotel to make my reservation and was put on hold and Transferred to a third party. they represented themselves as the same person that I was speaking to in the hotel, they not only booked me into a different hotel. .Thank God I caught it, but they charged my card over a month before my scheduled trip. whoever did that should have been reprimanded. I like this hotel because it is clean, quiet and close to my family BUT I will not book with them in the future.
