Upon checking the staff was very friendly and helpful. They got our multiple rooms right together on the top floor and were very accommodating. We really appreciated that. The rooms were clean and quiet.
The front desk staff are awesome, the rooms are awesome, and everyone that works in the restaurant is really great.
I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express. My only complaint is the mattress is pretty firm. I will absolutely book another room at this hotel. Customer service was excellent. Friendly people restaurant / cafe great service there as well.
Rocky greeted us perfectly. The room was very spacious and clean. Great room for the price and excellent location. When we're in Twin Falls, this is the only place we'll ever stay. The bonus was the surprising "Dukes Grill". Dinner, very good.
