I wouldn’t really highly recommend going back to anyone. I think the room should be updated. New carpet.

I just stayed a week there. What was excellent Front Desk Service Chris, Jo and Cheddie were fantastic. Very evident they enjoyed their work in assisting guests have a great stay! Alexis in the restaurant in the morning is also great at his job. What can improve 1. Room service paying attention to details. Examples please refill the coffee pods daily along with ALL the toiletries that might be missing. Not a major thing but it’s an inconvenience when you wake up and cannot have a cup of coffee or have lotion for dry skin caused by the cold weather. What needs help The restaurant! I had dinner there and the food lackluster expensive and not worth the price! The food was totally beneath your level of appearance and uninspired. I shouldn’t eat there because it’s too cold to travel but because the menu looks amazing or at least interesting. The restaurant should be a destination again. The room service menu should be a great alternative to tired guests instead of Uber eats. We are in a new and promising era. Please rise to the occasion and return the glamour to the Envue! The bar should be a lounge with vibe that will attract outside people to it.
