From check in to check out, everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The location is great and easy to find. The parking garage was so convenient. Definitely would stay again if in the area.
I have been all over the world and I must say this hotel and its staff are exceptional. From the customer service, excellent breakfast, location, quality of the rooms (including fabulous linens and pillows) and beyond this was a truly stellar experience. I will be back as soon as my travels take me back to Greenville.
