My husband and I came to Newburgh for our valentine weekend. The staff is friendly, lobby very clean, but going to the fourth floor to our room was a different story. The hallway smelled stale, our room was not worth the price. One light didn’t work, what lights did work it was still very dim in the room, the bathroom sink had a large crack and again with the musty smell in the room, I had to spray perfume to make it tolerable. The workout room look nice, but we didn’t have time to use it. I don’t know if we would be back at this hotel on our next visit. Again, not worth the price. What they charge is the same price for what we pay at Trump Towers in Chicago and that is definitely luxury.
