The hotel is very nice and conveniently located to the hospital across the street. The check in process at the hotel was pleasant and the hotel associate was professional and very friendly. I am disappointed and upset with the booking experience and cost associated with it. I was led to believe that I was booking directly on Marriott’s website but at checkin was told it was prepaid through Expedia. Very deceptive practice. I could have gotten a better rate. However, since it was prepaid, no adjustment could be made to the rate. I initially attempted to call the hotel 870 number but the call was not answered. I am pleased with the hotel though.

Nice room, nice amenities, clean. Staff very helpful and friendly…especially Kim and Ashley. Worked well as far as location for our stay. We would stay again.
