I had a wonderful experience here! The staff were friendly and helpful. Camry has been the best concierge and staff member that I’ve encountered in any hotel as he’s been so helpful with things like laundry issues and questions about downtown events. He’s caring, empathetic and has a positive energy that makes the hotel stay one of the best I’ve had. He is a true superstar employee!

We only stayed one night, but the room/suite was spotless. The bed mattress was very comfortable and the sheets were clean and well pressed. The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend staying here.
