Wonderful hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, professional and helpful. They really made our stay enjoyable. Clean, comfortable and convenient to transportation.
Vagish was amazing and very helpful. Check in was so easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb! Staff was warm and welcoming. We're already planning our next stay here. Highly recommend this place for sure.
The hotel inside looks great! The morning front desk person wonderful! However, when I called ahead and booked my stay with hotel staff I was told parking was available for a fee and that my truck would fit the parking spaces. on arrival there was no parking and even if there was my truck wouldn't fit. I was told to park down the block at another garage. Later that evening there were no sheets for the hideabed, when I called down I had to use my phone because the room phone didn't work to call the desk. The first individual who answered that I told about the phone and requested sheets and bedding from was not only rude but brought up dirty stained sheets. Called down to the desk a second time and requested clean sheets from a different staff member who brought up three sets of sheets, one of which was stained but at leased looked washed and then showed me how to use the phone. which was off and the directions not listed any where in the room. I was compd breakfast at check in for the parking issue However nothing else was done. SF is almost three hours from where we live. When we come to the big city it's usually a treat. And for $350 plus parking $ not including meals for one night the sheets should have been clean, the room phone working and evening front desk staff not so rude. Let alone the individual I spoke to on the phone for booking should have been truthful.
