I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The woman at the front desk was very helpful to me, good customer service, much appreciated. The staff serving the breakfast was very polite to me, thanks again.
This is the 4th time we've stayed. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The elevator is very creaky and is not well kept. The food is a variation of the same thing over and over. Food used to be better. It is great that dogs are allowed. The carpeting in our room was very worn.it was an okay stay but nothing to brag about and that is the major difference.
We made a reservation at the hotel after a disastrous auto train trip. We needed a place to spend the night after that train arrived at midnight. The desk staff person was very sympathic, efficient and caring. We found ourselves in a very comfortable, clean and quiet room. Breakfast had a nice variety and very nice hostess. We would definitely stay here again.
