We for the second time, stayed at Homewood Suites. We were in town for medical reasons. We thought we’d need to stay two nights but my husband was discharged after one day. I asked for a late check out that day an explained we did not need the second nite. Due to being booked accidentally by a second party the hotel manager was unable to refund the early check out at that time. But told me what to do. I called the second party and within 24 hrs we were notified that a refund for the unused nite would be coming! We will stay there again as medical treatment continues and appreciate the promptness in their service. Beautiful, comfortable and accommodating hotel to stay at also!
Kitchen staff was totally indifferent about the depleted food items.
Very comfortable bed. Staff was great.
