There was an issue with the suite that dealt with immediately.
Very clean rooms, breakfast was wonderful. No complaints.
The room was beautiful. It was clean but a little aged. From the floor to the ceiling it was pretty and made me feel like home. The shower had no water pressure and it was to tall for someone like me, short. I had to move around in the shower to find enough water to wash the soap out of my hair. I didn't sleep well. The pillows had no firmness at all. I laid down and my head immediately went to the bed like there was no pillow under me. I tried two pillows and not much different, accept the sides were all up in the air. The final night I brought the pillow in from the living area to see if it would work and although it didn't, it was better than all of the pillows on the bed. So from a one 10 for sleep comfort, a five because the actual bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing. Each of them were courteous and seemed to care about their jobs and the customers. Breakfast was a disappointment. The potatoes were good, the fruit, the oatmeal and the bread. Other than that the grits were like water, eggs overcooked hard and I didn't care for the sausage but normally I prefer sausage. Coffee, GREAT! Overall, I am not sure I'd stay again unless I needed to.
