It was good, clean. The room Was supposed to be a King bed and that what is says on the receipt but it was a queen bed. That was the only issue.
The cancelled my reservations. On my nephews graduation. Heart ache.
The receptionist who checked me in and out was amazing. Incredible staff!

The front desk staff was less than effusive, but did their jobs. I went to the bar to get glass ware for the room and was offered a plastic coke glass. WHen I asked for actual glass, the young woman shrugged at me. So I wasn't going to expect much from the staff who had a full house that Saturday with weddings and such. But the view of downtown Providence and traffic on 95 was very nice late into the night. Staff lacked warmth all the way around. Not my first choice in Providence to return to.

The staff at the Hilton Providence was second to none. Our family came from Kansas to Providence for a family wedding and the midwestern friendly vibes followed us all the way to Rhode Island! It started with the attendant at the check-in counter who accommodated our family by putting us all on one floor with rooms close to each other. A HUGE shout out to Joe the bartender and Jeff who ran the restaurant side of their in house bar/restaurant called "The Vig". Great food, outstanding service and the facility was so clean. From the lobby to our rooms, it always smelled fresh and clean. The cleaning staff also came every day and did such a nice job on our rooms. If you need a place to stay and are in the Providence, RI area, we highly recommend this property.
