My stay here was wonderful! Just the peaceful and quiet place I needed to relax and unwind.
All was good. But Jenny my wait person in the dining area made it an unforgettable experience. She is excellent and very pleasant. Best part of the stay.
Needed a quick room. After a terrible experience at Copper River we checked in at 11pm. Could hear neighbors they adjoining door just coughing and the TV in the room underneath all night. Beds were comfy And clean. Shower curtain moldy/pink. Hair dryer and remote sticky. Ice machine broken had to go to a different floor. The worst was this room cost us $248 for 8 hrs and we also had to pay $10 to park our car on the lot.. It should be included that’s ridiculous and taking advantage IMO. The woman that checked us in did not seem happy.

The hotel is fine. I have stayed here several times. Front desk staff was very helpful.
I'll do it again, but I will be needing a microwave oven in my room. My wife and I wanted to take some food in the room with us to eat later, however, the absence of a microwave oven was a problem. YOU SHOULD PLACE MICROWAVE OVENS IN THE ROOMS! I do believe that you will get more satisfied people and your and your customers will increase. Some of them expressed this very same sentiment to us.
Staff members were all attentive and personable to everyone. There were massive numbers of power company workers coming in all day and night from different states, working to restore power from hurricane Helene. Somehow, with hard work and planning, this hotel was able to take house and feed everyone and still smile.
