Hilton Knoxville Airport

Beautiful, convenient, comfortable beds,love the hotel.

Started off with issues trying to get a shuttle from airport to hotel for elderly parents. Called three times and each time was told shuttle on way (hotel less than five min walk, but weather was cold and elderly dad was not feeling well and elderly mom had knee surgery). Finally decided to walk since it took over 45 min and still no shuttle. Upon arriving, staff apologized and compensated for the inability to support with a shuttle service. The site manager displayed outstanding customer care and made things right which upheld standards of a Hilton hotel. Additionally, wanted to call out three individuals: 1. Bianca in Cooper restaurant….what a phenomenal server… true example of southern hospitality and a very hard worker! Thank you again for you and your husband’s military service 2. Britany in Cooper restaurant. Excellent service and kind hospitality. It was a pleasure to have you as our server. 3. Riley (?)… evening maintenance technician on 14 Dec… I appreciate his assistance with my sick father. Overall the stay was great thanks to the service experienced upon arrival. Would def stay again.

Nice Hotel

A fair rate, great location, good food and drink, very nice staff!

The admitting clerk was very kind. The manager on duty was understanding of our canceled flight and layover. He extended us a late checkout since our flight wasn't leaving until the next day. The server in the restraunt was also wonderful.

Convenient hotel when your flight is canceled. Clean, people are very accommodating and has a nice bar with good food.

Have stayed here many times for early flights. Never again.

Hotel clerks at check-in were Excellent. I was offered shuttle service to parking lot. I’m 73 yrs old. I thank you for that service.

Construction at the airport has made it difficult for anyone trying to find hotel check in and then parking. I'm 82 and I did way too much walking for my age. I would never stay there again without changes. Additionally, making the registration arrangements was beyond comprehension. The hotel representative was impossible to understand and when I arrived, I discovered I had prepaid for rooms on two separate dates. Initially my representative had to be told over and over the dates I wanted to reserve a room. Last, it was very difficult to get through to anyone at your reservation numbers; I had to dial repeatedly to get subsequent help. I will never stay there again.

We specifically asked about parking while we were on our trip and was told at the time of booking that parking was free for 7 days. That was the reason we booked the night before our early morning flight instead of inconvenience someone to take us to the airport so early. Verified on the website that our stay included 7 free days for parking. When we checked into the hotel we were surprised with the info that there is NO free parking for 7 days. What a way to start our trip not so sure we will stay at a Hilton again when they don’t honor what they advertise.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our stay. The entire staff from front desk to restaurant to shuttle driver were exceptional. We will be recommending others to the Hilton at the airport.

Great staff, clean room. I had a 6am flight, traveling by myself with three bags. This security guard rolled my luggage to the check in counter for Delta! I will never forget that!

The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Plan on staying there again.

It’s Very convenient to airport but room needed updating. The staff could not have been more helpful at front desk. The bar staff was great also. Food was really good.
