Excellent assistance with my many requests in person and by phone. Concord Hilton is in a great location and it’s lovely lobby and patios.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable.
Checked in for two nights. My room was super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and as I am recovering from surgery they made sure I had a “roll in” shower. My only criticism is that the room did not have a microwave although it did have a mini fridge.

I traveled two hours for a friend’s reunion. When I arrived to the reception desk is when I realized I left my wallet at home. Fortunately I had a photo of my drivers license. And my room was already paid for. Pia was so incredibly understanding. And every time she saw me she address me by my first name and always had a smile. Great customer service.
The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly. Maid did a fast room clean.
