Compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel seems decent and is average however I was not impressed with their housekeeping. We arrived on a Tuesday and left on Saturday and housekeeping never came to my room. They never made a bed, took the trash out, or vacuumed the crumbs on the floor. The only thing they did was change out my towels on day three of arrival. Very dissappointment considering we paid almost $200 per night. It made me very weary of the cleanliness of their hotel.
We stayed at the DoubleTree for the second year in a row as a team! It was just as stellar as before. They even allowed our team to show our girls some extra team spirit with decorating the lobby. It was an amazing touch for our little All Stars to arrive too! Would definitely recommend for a phenomenal team culture stay!
