My sister and I came to watch our father race at the Chicago Triathlon and the Hilton honored our request to have our room right next to my parents. We all really appreciated that!
I was a Chicago Triathlon participant and stayed at the Hilton. My daughters came to watch me race and at my request put my daughters in an adjoining room next to me and my wife. Now that’s great customer service!
Gorgeous entry and lobby. Love the 720 Bar and dining area with sofas and fireplace. Excellent service and great food.
Enjoyed my stay. Very spacious for conference accommodations.

People in adjoining room are Noisy, yelling, banging on door, etc. plus noise of elevators very disturbing.
Very interesting room with two double beds and two bathrooms. Very nicely decorated hotel. Great location. Only drawback the room was poorly lit.
I would visit for event But never will I stay at your hotel again Was disappointed.

The Chicago Hilton is a beautiful old historic hotel. Definitely don’t miss the huge lobby, the historic displays are fascinating and the building is spectacular. Excellent walking distance to so many Chicago landmarks. Nice place but they cut a few too many corners on quality.
Our room was very comfortable and it was the perfect location. All of the staff were professional and kind. We will be back!
