Everything was in the outstanding catagory, front desk personell very good, all the food excellent, we had dinner in the bar the drinks were good and the food was super and room service and the breakfast buffet were also #1, We will definitely come again,I give this Hotel ***** stars.

The reception seemed wuite unhappy that my booking was through a third party. She repeated it three times as an excuse for simple procedure.
I had a positive experience. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Most of the basics were fulfilled
a very dangerous walk to go find somewhere to eat! uber back to hotel. Go to sit by the pool as it's a nice sunny day! No where to get a drink! Then go to the pool area, not one lounge chair! The chairs there are there are torn! This is a Hilton! I told my group Please never again!
The staff at the front desk, at breakfast and for cleaning were very helpful, efficient and very kind. I was well cared for!
I was unable to cancel and get a refund.
