We arrived at YVR after 2:00 am. WE contacted this hotel via Book on line. The hotel contacted the shuttle and we were picked up with little wait. The staff at the front desk were very helpful offering a very late checkout time the following day. The following day we missed the shuttle by seconds and a staff member from the front desk personally walked us to a shuttle partner hotel where a shuttle was waiting. Thank you.
