Check in was smooth despite an error with my reservation that required a supervisor's intervention (a king bed was selected even though I had requested two beds). Porter, the bartender, could not have been more fun! He kept everyone entertained while serving food and drinks at lightning speed! The evening team of Katie and Cody was excellent! The lounge area had quite a few guests and this team took care of everyone. I did not hear or notice one unhappy customer all evening. When it came time for the champagne toast at midnight, this team adeptly handled the throngs of customers who requested a glass. Staying at the Hilton Columbus at Easton was a great experience!

Beautiful! We had such an amazing time. From the front door being opened for us to the smiles on all the employees, we felt special everywhere we went. It was done gorgeously for the holidays!
