Clean and nice.
My husband is disabled and we asked for a handicapped room and they accommodated us with actually the largest hotel room we've ever rented. The indoor pool was great exercise for my husband's disability too! Would highly recommend and will stay here again in the future!

Room was comfortable and clean and enjoyed the breakfast. However six hours after our departure we realized my husband left his winter ski coat in the closet. Called when we got to our next holiday inn destination in Amarillo and the coat was no where to be found. Talked with Lou who was very friendly however felt it may be locked in a room that she didn’t have key. Called the next morning Lou still hadn’t located it. Then the next day talked with Paige she didn’t have it. Very disappointing knowing it was left in the closet and it disappeared that fast. I question myself to stay at any of your destinations on our return trip. It is obvious the housekeeping knows who was cleaning that room on that shift and no one could find.
