Kelly rocks! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Kelly…not really sure what his title is but he started off our stay on a super high note! He helped us in, gave us directions, recommendations and a positive impression of the place. Nothing like having a good employee that represents!
Bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Extremely unlikely I will ever stay here again.
Only complaint was in dining room first night 6/27 my food ordered was wrong and I never received until everyone else was done eating. Barely an apology received. No offer of discount or free meal and not sure why so long to replace meal.

This old, outdated hotel does not live up to the brand expectation. The only advantage is the location but the value is lacking so will not recommend nor will I stay at again. Old tattered furniture, no bathroom fan, no microwave, no mini bar. list of deficiency is long. A hard pass.
Lovely hotel, although not enough staff to help with breakfast, valet parking, although everyone at hotel working was great.

Room was smaller than I expected!
The entrance, lobby, location and price are grand but the rooms are painfully small and the walls seem very thin evidenced by much road and hallway noise. Staff very friendly and accommodating and breakfast is good. Price is for location only it seems. Much very values else where.
