Staff were friendly and helpful.
Our hotel room was so musty and moldy smelling and way too humid. If we were planning on staying longer I would have requested a different room. Definitely need to check the air conditions in there.
The only thing was that I thought I had reserved a handicap accessible room and when I got there it wasn't and the bed and the pillows was too soft.

The only thing was that I thought I had reserved a handicap accessible room and when I got there it wasn't and the bed and the pillows was too soft.
The two young people staffing the desk were so helpful in telling me about the culture in town around the hotel. When I expressed interest in the mural featuring The Office, they gave me the brochure on the city tour of Office sights. They gave me a map on the ice sculptures in town. And they annotated the map with restaurants that they thought I would like. The food at the bar restaurant was great, thank you. The room is nice.
