The staff at the front desk was simply tremendous. They catered to me and answered my every question with professionalism and speed. It was unbelievable. I highly recommend a promotion for Melissa Vincent, Front Office Manager. Above and beyond, so much so that we altered our five day vacation in New Mexico to spend three nights at the Crowne Plaza! (The Chambermaid was left a healthy tip).
