"Wonderful Resort / staff 1st class"

From the arrival to departure everything was wonderful. Matt at the front door was unbelievable kind, professional and remembered us and the reason for our visit in detail. Jocelyn at the front desk was just as wonderful. Beautiful smile and very cordial and professional. My only complaint was the bed. Everything was very nice. Please acknowledge Matt and Jocelyn for their over the top service five STAR for sure!

"Excellent hotel to stay while in Savannah"

The Westin is clean, quiet and staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Taking the ferry across the river to the main street is very accommodating, running very quickly with very little wait. The amenities throughout the day are very nice, with cookies, tea, coffee and activities. they have a shuttle to take you over to the club and spa area too. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing escape from the hustle and bustle of a busy day in town.
