Evacuated the LA fires and frantically called to book a room over the phone and the staff could not have been more gracious and welcoming. They were patient and kind and waived the parking in pet fee for evacuees. When we arrived, they said, “let us know if you need anything” it really felt so sincere. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and they were very accommodating when we ended up needing to stay another night. There was a large group of men there I assume for a conference or something who were all incredibly rude to the staff, yet the staff took it in stride and were so kind to everybody. No complaints about this hotel and would absolutely stay here again under hopefully better circumstances.
