Enjoyed our first time stay at Branson Hilton on Branson Landing. Very clean and excellent employees who were so nice and pleasant. We appreciated the valets quick and very helpful services. The valet, Scott, was truly the icing on the cake. We are disabled with a wheelchair and his help in and out of our vehicle and room with our belongings was very appreciated! Thank you for a great stay!
Bed was uncomfortable but the room was spacious and clean.
No hand soap, no ice, dishes in dishwasher, coffee pot in dishwasher, no ice, add charge for incidentals. Room was not available supposed upgrade.
Nice, clean bellhops were helpful. To reserve a room was VERY difficult.
Always a delight staying here. Stayed in condo but it definitely needs a new look.
