I really appreciate the location because of the distance it is to and from the airport.
This hotel is not okay. I have begged for towels in my room never came. No towels by pool and upon request, still no towels for the pool. No A/C in the bar or lobby or hallways. Beds are tiny. Can’t get waters for money. And every time I leave my room my key stops working. I don’t know how they stay open, but you can get me back here. Period.
They refuse to give a refund when a person makes a mistake when booking through internet. I have Parkinson’s and clicking the wrong buttons are part of of my issues. Thinking about not staying at Hilton even though I am a Gold member.
You have to pay for parking, the room was decent, but the shower leaked a lot and didn’t drain well, the A/C was not working correctly, hot as H in there!
Will book again for next trip.
We’ve stayed here twice during the holidays to be safe from the snow getting to the airport. The front desk folks and bartenders have always been very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms are always clean and well stocked. Will stay again.
