"A perfect one week stay"

Spacious, clean, comfortable and we LOVE the casino! Our breakfast waiter Jimmy in the Iguana restaurant was so friendly and we looked forward to his excellent service every day! The casino was VERY good to us and I made over $3000 on slots and roulette! We had an excellent time.

"Food, Bellhops and help was good. Other things could have been better."

When I first made our reservations I was told that I would have a handicap room for my wife 25 steps from the elevator. When we arrived we were given a room almost 100 yards from the elevator. I visited the desk and they were not able to get us another room closer for my wife. Thank God for the manager Sandra Dominguez who did accommodate us with a dinner as was so pleasant to speaks with explaining our situation. I do hope to visit the Buffalo Thunder again under on condition that they will be able to get us closer to the elevators along with a fully handicap room. BTW, Larry, Derrick and Orlando at bell hop were fantastic.

"Issues at Buffalo Thunder."

We have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Buffalo Thunder. However, this trip had issues. 1) A/C failed in our room as well as the whole wing. Sent to 2nd room and door would not open. Moved to 3rd room which had an unusual odor. 2). Ice Machine on our floor was not working and obviously had not been for some time. 3) The desk chair in both rooms were wore out on the backside pretty bad. 4) The luggage carriers not available when we left and had to hand carry with multiple trips to the parking lot. Observation: Carpet on main floor on that wing looked worn and dirty. Staff was very friendly, we still like Buffalo Thunder, but certainly hope they make some updates which are needed and perform better maintenance.
