NICE ROOM. TOILET PROBLEM. THEY GAVE US FREE BREAKFAST. BREAKFAST WAS A FIESCO. TOO 20 MINUTES TO SEE WHAT WE WANTED TO DRINK.20+ MINUTES TO TAKE ORDER. ALMOST two HOURS WHEN WE FINISHED.I FELT FOR THE WAITRESS SINCE SHE WAS BY HERSELF WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE TO WAIT ON. I'M SURE THEY COULDN'T FIND EMPLOYEES.
I chose Hilton because the quality is consistent. Today's experience was subpar. This location has shown progressive deterioration.

WE enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Jackson very much. Everything was so clean and the hotel staff was very friendly.
The property was very clean and the staff was very hospitable.
I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. This property was very clean. The personnel showed great hospitality.
This hotel did provide basic necessities, but I would argue that some basic maintenance needs to be done. Only two of the four elevators worked during the whole weekend I was there, one of the boilers stopped working so we were out of hot water and one room was so hot I thought my mother was going to collapse of heat stroke. There are some other nit picks (there needs to be two trash cans in each room, especially in the bathroom!) but the maintenance needs to be handled first.
Billie Burns was fantastic. Great customer service. Would definitely stay here again.
