My stay was very great, no trouble checking in and room very clean.
Rooms were clean and pillows very comfortable.
Breakfast was good.
I haven’t travelled a long distance trip in quite some time. In the past when I used to visit A Holiday Inn Express, it was always a great experience. A great clean room at a fair price. IT IS NO LONGER THE SAME! Whenever IHG took it over, they have changed the standard a lot! Picture a cheaper quality hotel slapped with the Holiday Inn name. I will not be staying with them again. There were holes cut in the blinds, the elevator was broken, faded brown spot on the sheets, shaken lock stop, no bottled water or drinks available to drink in lobby or vending. Looked like it was going out of business soon. Also the front desk staff was two young gentlemen with T shirts and no identifying company attire or name tags….. stayed at another one just to give it a chance and although it wasn’t as bad as the above hotel experience, it was not up to the holiday inn express name at all. Not waiting for a third strike, I’M OUT.

Staff friendly and helpful. THe building inside was quite clean. The outside grounds found trash and recycling bottles in the parking lot and alongside the buildin.
