I booked my room four weeks in advance. I arrived at the hotel and the manager gave me the keys. I walked in the room and it was completely different than the room I booked. He then gave me an attitude and said they didn’t have any king rooms even though I paid and booked one. He then said I could leave and find somewhere else to stay. He was so rude.
We don't go to a hotel to watch TV and were told the WiFi was out when we arrived late Thursday for a weekend wedding. We weren't told it would be out all weekend. Then even local stations on the TV weren't available by Friday for the rest of the weekend. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. We were grateful it wasn't a working weekend for us as it would have been quite inconvenient. Besides that, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Felt some compensation should have been provided for the inconvenience.
Very clean. Wonderful complimentary hot breakfast, friendly desk lady. Anything I needed or asked about/for was given. Free street car pick up just outside lobby doors. Has to pay $23/day to park in a lot across the street. didn’t really prefer that.

This was our annual sister trip. We came to visit the Hallmark Experience.The hotel staff was beyond amazing, our room was clean and welcoming and we had a fantastic time.
