My stay was pure enjoyment. The staff were all helpful, friendly and courteous.
Had a great experience for the couple of days we were there. Staff were super nice and accommodating.
The ice machines on every floor never worked and the soda machine on the 4th floor wasn't cooling the beverages down.

Check in time is 3P, no dispute about that. But my experience traveling over 50 years is hotel staff will be flexible if the room is ready and the time exception is not too large. On the 28th my group looking for around 10 rooms, arrived around 2:25P after a day in the hot weather. Front desk didn’t permit any check ins for housekeeping reasons not one room was ready? Around 2:55P the rooms were deemed ready and check ins began. 30 minutes doesn’t seem like a big deal but when you are tired and hot an accommodation would have been nice.
Got over charge waiting on manage to try and get bill corrected.
Good service, clean room, good housekeeping, good breakfast. Keep up the good service.
