When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile by the desk clerk, check in was pleasant, explained about the different amenities, the room was very clean, fresh smelling, well appointed. I had a very restful stay. I will stay again.

Fabulous customer service from front desk to the bar to security. Minutes away from the airport. Place needs a complete rehaul. Shame on Holiday Inn for not investing in this property. Needs new mattresses, carpeting and new sofas. Would not stay there again unless I was in a bind.
