Our unexpected stay at the Grand Hyatt at SFO turned a frustrating travel delay into a genuinely enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive, making a stressful situation much easier. The hotel is beautifully designed—modern, luxurious and impeccably clean—yet it feels warm and comfortable rather than formal or stuffy. The rooms were quiet, spacious and incredibly comfortable, providing exactly the restful night's sleep we needed before continuing our journey. Every detail, from the bedding to the amenities, reflected thoughtful quality. If you find yourself with an overnight layover or delayed flight at SFO, I can't recommend the Grand Hyatt highly enough. It's more than just an airport hotel—it's a destination in itself and a wonderful reminder that exceptional hospitality can completely change the course of a difficult travel day.
We stay here frequently when we have an early flight back to Boston. It’s a great hotel, super convenient and the people are wonderful. Food is not bad either!

The Grand Hyatt at SFO is our favorite. We've stayed here before and will definitely stay again when traveling through SFO. This time, we stayed three nights while waiting to pick up a friend. Each day, we rode BART into the city to visit friends and explore, but instead of staying downtown, we returned to the SFO Hyatt because we love the hotel, the restaurants, and the 24-hour coffee shop. See you again!
