The Grand Hyatt at SFO is our favorite. We've stayed here before and will definitely stay again when traveling through SFO. This time, we stayed three nights while waiting to pick up a friend. Each day, we rode BART into the city to visit friends and explore, but instead of staying downtown, we returned to the SFO Hyatt because we love the hotel, the restaurants, and the 24-hour coffee shop. See you again!
What a delightful surprise! The Grand Hyatt SFO is the BEST! Location is excellent with their own SFO air train stop! So welcoming and helpful. The super clean rooms are so comfy and they have thought of everything. Delish coffee and tea, spacious bathrooms, cozy robes and excellent beds. I came for two nights. I was picking up a dog from SFO cargo that just flew in from Frankfurt a 12 hour flight! Upon checking in, my new little four legged friend did a mistake on the tile floor and the front desk staff were helpful and professional. I felt terrible but they were calm and didn't make me feel worse. I will definitely come back!

Great place to stay when flying out of SFO.
We loved not having to take any transportation to and from except the airport train. All very easy to find. Delicious dinner and cocktails. We will return.

I had never stayed at this hotel before but I give it very good marks in every way. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Food items I ordered were tasty and delivered in a timely manner, the room was nice and well appointed. A good stay in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
