Everyone was very nice. The room was good and comfortable. It all worked out fine. I would like to know that if we are staying at your hotel because I had testing that has to be done at MGH Boston, is there a discount? Or no price for parking at your hotel while there? Thank you.
Was definitely mislead by ad on Internet free parking and breakfast not true also overcharged on first two nites my mom was having surgery at I should have been given hospital rate when I extended another nite found rate cut in half.
I went to the website to book a reservation,I thought I was making a reservation directly with the hotel but apparently was shifted to a third party booker when my granddaughter's surgery was cancelled, I tried to cancel the reservation and only then learned I had booked through a third party and my reservation was not refundable I am extremely unhappy and will not book at the Wyndham Boston and will not recommend to others.
Room mattress very old and uncomfortable!
Every part of this hotel needs updating. Mattress so bad I had to turn it and room was just barely clean. Check out is at Noon but housekeeping tried to access my room at 9:30am.
Location to MGH is only reason for me to stay here. Not sure when last renovated, but the time has comrvfir serious investment.
Bathrooms need some updating but otherwise fine.
The property is convenient to Mass General Hospital. It is Okay but in need of updates.
