Very recently renovated; clean, nice continental breakfast, very convenient parking. Parking lot facing rooms are quieter than Ohio St facing rooms. Manager Sharon is very sharp and personable. Room prices vary a lot with football/baseball games and events. Will be my first choice for North Shore travels.
The front desk personnel were all helpful; Theresa stood out for going above and beyond.
The staff..excellent. The accommodations..excellent. A great experience for an overnight stay.

My stay was cut short at this hotel because the hotel had bedbugs. I came in town with my sister so that we could bury another one if our sisters. In the middle of the night we had to leave because of issues with bedbugs. I k ow that the hotel manager was been gracious in canceling and refunding my sister's stay but I am still awaiting the same. This has been a nightmare for us. To have to get up on the middle of the night and search for another hotel the attend a lived ones funeral was just awful and exhausting. Not to mention having to fight with a third party vendor to get my refund. I just don't understand!
Quiet hotel located close to the stadiums. The hotel was very clean. I would stay again because of the cleanliness.
