I come up from Chicago once in a while and love staying here. Love listening to silly records in our room / having mini dance parties. And that there' s always new art to look at. The food is tasty too.
A long planned "girls overnight" to attend Book of Mormon. St. Kate's location in the theater district was perfect for everything we needed. Convenient to multiple theaters, excellent in house restaurants, bar, art displays. One stop parking. Kind, attentive employees. Very comfortable rooms. Thanks to St. Kate staff.
Overall experience was amazing. Staff was amazing. Atmosphere and decor was magical. The only downfall? The room could have been cleaner. Specifically the bathroom.
I give my experience a 10.
Staff was excellent and great location in downtown. We enjoyed our room and all the fine artwork throughout the hotel.
Every time we encountered staff, they were very helpful. Our turntable in our room didn't work upon arrival, but the building engineer who came to take a look was pleasant and even offered his opinion when asked about which place we should eat. Even when I was looking around aimlessly, a staff member offered assistance prior to me having to ask. The food in the Giggly was outstanding and the staff was pleasant there too (Nina was our server). Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
